In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• Keep your Account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

kode77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal. Registration does not guarantee eligibility for all promotions or Services offered on the platform.< /p>

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on kode77:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page within the Player's Account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• kode77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kode77 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposit processing times are typically instant for e-wallet transfers and within 5–30 minutes for bank transfers, subject to banking hours and network conditions. Deposits made outside Indonesian banking hours (generally 08:00–21:00 WIB on business days) may experience longer processing times.
• kode77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.
• All deposited funds must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity. kode77 will not process withdrawals of deposited funds that have not been subject to at least one (1) full wagering turnover of the deposited amount, unless an exception is expressly approved by our compliance team.

Withdrawal requests on kode77 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification (see Section 5) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in the same name as the kode77 Account. kode77 does not make payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard. As a general guide, e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed within 3–15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during standard banking hours.
• kode77 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, final credit to your bank or e-wallet account may be subject to the operating hours of your financial institution.
• Players may submit one (1) pending withdrawal request at a time. Additional requests will be queued and processed in the order received once the prior request has been completed.
• kode77 reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. In such cases, the Player will be notified via their registered email address.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted after all associated Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is submitted for the Real Money Balance only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering with Bonus Funds on certain game types (including many live casino games, some table games, and certain slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific promotion terms for the contribution schedule.
• Validity Period: All bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion terms. Any unmet Wagering Requirements and associated Bonus Funds will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity period without prior notice.
• Minimum Odds (Sports Betting Bonuses): Where a sports betting bonus specifies a minimum qualifying odds requirement, bets placed at odds below that threshold will not count toward Wagering Requirements for that bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be exploiting promotions through systematic low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended. kode77 uses automated systems to detect and investigate suspected bonus abuse.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account simultaneously. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to Wagering Requirements will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.

kode77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a Player has already opted in and begun fulfilling Wagering Requirements, their progress will be honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.

All betting and gaming activity on kode77 is governed by game-specific rules published within each game or market. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Sports Betting: Pre-match and live in-play markets — including bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and Asian handicap lines — are subject to kode77's Sportsbook Rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet slip reference is issued, the accepted odds are binding.

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the hand or round will be settled according to the game studio's standard disconnection policy.

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using another person's identity or payment credentials to register or transact on the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of crime, fraud, or unauthorised use of payment instruments.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other electronic device or programme to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other low-risk strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market offered on kode77.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the kode77 platform or any connected system.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions imposed by kode77.
• Engaging in any activity that kode77 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play and responsible gambling.

kode77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same Player.
• A Player's own request for account closure, including requests made under a self-exclusion programme.
• A Player's death, upon notification from a representative of their estate.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure regardless of the reason for closure.

• Any tax liability incurred by a Player in connection with winnings received through the platform. Players are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from their gaming activity under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Where kode77's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, kode77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to kode77 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kode77 is incorporated and holds its operating licence.
